Hotel Crivi'S - Milan

The location was comfortable, really close to located in a walk distance from the city center, Near to metro, and Navigli, the canal/waterfront hotspot with thousands of waterside restaurants and patios and a lot of people, stayed here during my trip.

really enjoyed the a nice size double room with excellent space and the way it was setup. the staff was very efficient, provided a smooth check-in and a late check-out until 3 pm.

I really anticipated a lovely stay, but i ended up dissapointed. The breakfast options were limited and, unfortunately, the room lacked a kettle for that comforting coffee fix. Considering the issues, i would have expected a complimentary gesture, but no such treatment for me. I guess VIP treatment is reserved for select guests only, how charming.

Location, close to metro, possible to walk to city centre, plenty of restaurants around; helpful staff, well-furnished, good wi-fi.

great stay but room needed updates

The room size was large and comfortable with large windows that opened up. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a great way to start the day. The staff's professionalism stood out from the doorman to the cleaning ladies who were really attentive. Exploring the area was enjoyable, easy walk to nearby attractions with lots of cafes around.

Absolutely excellent staff. Especially the very tall guy with the glasses--super gentleman, exceptionally polite and helpful.

For the price the room was much too narrow (you can just walk around the bed) and too warm. Heating/ventilation could not be adjusted. In the bathroom there was only a bathtub shower, otherwise very clean. the breakfast was surprisingly varied and everything was fresh. staff is very helpful. location is very good for travelers who want to visit the city, makes the price and restrictions a bit more relative for me. Within a short walking distance there are bus, tram and metro, with reasonable connections to all important places in the city. Please note, hotel is located in a traffic-calmed area. That means you have to pay extra 5€ for each time you enter the city! Concierge will take care of the registration for you if you bought the ticket at the Tabacchi. If you come by car, do not use the hotel address given here, as the garage entrance is in the side street. It is best to call ahead and have the details explained to you.

Temperature could not be set in the room. No shower. Garage very expensive.

Comfortable Stay Near City Center

The staff was cute, and the location made it easy to explore Milan on foot. Breakfast was good, with fresh pastries and strong coffee. Make sure to dine at nearby Penelope for a fantastic meal. Don't miss the beautiful retro decor!

Just a reliable pick for a holiday in Milan with good value. The room was clean, and I loved the powerful shower. Consider dining at nearby restaurants for great local food.
